For installation problems with OxMetrics products, or suspected bugs, please check the support section at www.doornik.com. If that does not answer your questions, then email your nearest Timberlake consultant. Please check the News page first to see if you have the latest upgrade, because the problem may already have been solved.
When describing a possible problem to Timberlake Consultants, please include your licence code, the version number of the OxMetrics package, as well as your operating system.
